Program of Excellence

We suggest that every high school student enrolled in the school, meet with the Director of FACE. This will give parents and students a better understanding of the requirements and record keeping associated with high school. A consultation by phone, email or in-person is required for any student enrolling as a Senior.

As with all students enrolled in FACE, high school students must submit monthly attendance information (see “Attendance Policy”) and a curriculum list. Students in 9th and 11th Grades must also participate in standardized testing. Students may take the CAT, Iowa Test of Basic Skills, or provide the results of a professional evaluation. Additionally, students in the 11th Grade may take the PSAT in lieu of the tests listed above.

We offer a high school diploma and official transcript of credit, upon completion of high school requirements. Students must be enrolled in FACE during their entire Senior year in order to graduate from FACE.

Graduate Information:

Upon completion of educational program, the student will receive a High School Diploma and official transcript of credit from FACE.  It is possible to graduate sooner upon accelerated completion of studies.

Requirements to keep enrollment current:

~ Meet with our High School Consultant
~ Supply a subject curriculum list
~ Submit monthly attendance forms.
~ Test/Evaluation of students completing 9th and 11th grades.

Attendance may be submitted either through the mail to our school address or electronically online at www.faceschool.com. Attendance forms are provided and must be submitted at the end of each month, and should be turned in no later than the 10th of the following month.

Opportunities for the college-bound student:

To keep your college-bound student on track, we will notify our families by newsletters and eminders (email) of SAT and PSAT testing dates.
