KIDS RUNNING AMERICA
“Empowering school aged children with the means to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle”
This is a running program designed for kids to complete a 26.2 mile marathon distance over a given timeframe, finishing their final distance at a major local marathon. (Denver Marathon) The mentors will set up times for running to be done as a team, and for the students to complete on their own. The cost is $30.00 which includes a race day T-shirt, certificate, finisher medal, and race day incentives. Race day is October 17, 2009. Coordinator is Jen Carr
God’s World News Publications
God’s World News will provide news and interesting information for children – biblically, appropriately, and vibrantly – so they can grow in their understanding that God has the whole world in His hands.
We can order as a school and provide a discount to our families based on the number of subscriptions ordered! Publications are: Early Edition (PreK-1st Grade); Taking Off (2nd and 3rd Grade); News Current (4th and 5th Grade); Top Story (6th thru 9th Grade); and World Magazine (10th thru Adult)
