 A Note about Lunch Hour

Please keep your children in the gym during lunch. No food is to be taken to any other parts of the church! In addition, your children must be under your complete supervision at all times.  There will be no supervision in the gym today by Miss Kathy so plan accordingly. The Spelling Bee for parents will be at 12:30, so grab your lunch and be ready to root for the participants. This is a fun event for all ages

Testing and Evaluations

A variety of testing options are available. Order at the counter or at our website. We are also scheduling appointments for evaluations, as well.

Sewing Class For Moms 

It’s been a lot of fun and we can sew much better than before, but, today is the last class for the sewing moms. Thank you, Miss Kordee for your patience and humor!

Food Drive
Miss Yvonne’s Life of Faith Class is collecting non-perishable food, as well as things like: diapers, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, etc for the ministry at Northglenn Christian Church. Please share what you can.

February Class Sign-Up
Find your folder in the gray box at the Main Table to make your February class payments.
Payments made after this Tuesday will be subject to a $10 late fee!!
 

Valentine Party Sign-Up
It’s time for the annual Valentine Party!  It will be held on February 16th at 2:15 at Northglenn Christian.  Students should bring 20 signed valentines and a plate of goodies to share! 
 
Report Cards are Due!

If you are wanting your student to be on the school Honor Roll, the report card deadline is this week.
Honor Society students are required to submit report cards.
It can be filled out on your computer, saved with the student’s name and emailed to Cindy, or it can be printed and handed or mailed in.
 
National Honor Society Meeting
A meeting for all National Honor Society candidates will be held at 12:15 in Room 207.  This is a required meeting, so please let Cindy know if you are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances.

National Honor Society – Mandatory Meeting
This Tuesday, October 27, there is a mandatory meeting for all students interested in National Honor Society. We will meet at Northglenn Christian Church in Room 207 at 12:15. Please feel free to contact Cindy with any questions!

Free Sewing Fun!Have some fun and maybe get a start on holiday gifts! Bring the basic sewing supplies, spend some fun time with other moms and get some help from Kordee if you’re needing it!

Someone Save My Baby Ruth (School Play)It’s a dinner theatre!!! Spend an evening with us and enjoy a melodrama (and who doesn’t love a melodrama) AND dinner! Cast members will be selling tickets on Tuesdays – you won’t want to miss this! Check your calendars and buy your tickets for one of the performances on November 19, 20 or 21. Tickets are $15 (ages 11 and up) or $10 (ages 10 and under).

Moms sewing circle for the 20th and 27th FREE
Meet in room 208 at 1 pm -2 pm bring your sewing project and sewing supplies. (scissors, thread, pins, fabric, pattern if applicable, ect.) and sewing machine if you have one. Several will be available in class but you will get more done on your own machine.

If you have never sewn before and want to learn, please bring 2-3 yards of cheap fabric to class along with scissors, pins, and thread). A tape measure or ruler, pen or pencil or chalk would also be helpful.

Moms are responsible for their own children so please bring school work or an activity for them to do while you sew. Sewing will be for adults only, as we are striving to do activities for ourselves. This is a much needed mom time.
This would be a great way to get started on those holiday gifts.
